Why are we doing this?
We setup this site to give back, because we want to see our beloved outlets make it through the pandemic and the lockdowns. The staff working there deserve to stay in their hard working jobs for us to enjoy our meals. Any commercial entity in the FnB industry selling valid Gift Vouchers can post theirs here, just get in touch.

Who are we?
Major names across the UAE foodtech industry are getting together in this initiative: PointCheckout, FooDiva, Eat App, Let's DXB, Reserveout, TimeOut Dubai and Foodics, with support from Dubai Tourism. PointCheckout is powering the technology and has been working with loyalty gift cards and rewards for over 5 years, and offers a safe and secure way to issue and redeem vouchers. This initiative is for anyone to get behind, as long as it brings more sales to the restaurants.

I am a restaurant but don't have Gift Vouchers and neither does my POS provider. Can I join?
Yes. Get in touch, we will give you the platform to issue and manage Gift Cards, for free. You just pay the gateway fees for each purchase.

What if the the restaurant never opens?
Please understand that this initiative is to 1) support, 2) support, and 3) get a nice discount for supporting (if applicable). No one can predict how things will end or how long the lockdown will stay, we are verifying that each added restaurant is a legal registered business of solid operations, and the majority of listed restaurants are backed by well-funded FnB holdings. We guarantee that any voucher will be honored when the restaurant opens, restaurants have to sign for that before joining. Gift Card purchase remains at the discretion of the buyer.

If I have questions about validity or conditions who do I call?
Most vouchers are being purchased on our partner websites directly, get in touch with them for questions about the vouchers (including if they are not accepted). After purchase, call the restaurants directly to get your answers on operational issues such as what is included in a Set menu, buffet variety or opening times.
